... they should be fired. The company can add "evidence of manipulating the team politically (outside of job requirements)" as gross misconduct in their Charter ahead of time, because it will cost them reputation, money, and staff health. The problem is solvable.






Ah yes, the classic. If you don't want to be discovered as corrupt, simply create an institution that fights corruption, have a seat there, and use your powers to eliminate all political opponents by accusing them of corruption. By the time anyone realizes what's happening, everyone who could potentially question you is gone. Many of world's dictators rose to power using this simple trick.
